ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Chloe M. Rispin, CertHE, BA Hons, PGDip
Chloe Rispin is a Cultural Diplomacy Advocate with a multidisciplinary background.
Currently, Ms. Rispin is the Founder and Editor in Chief of Talisman Magazine. Her academic expertise lies in international relations and modern foreign languages. Research wise, she is interested in issues of foreign policy, substate diplomacy, secession and cultural diplomacy.
As an amateur soprano, she has more than 10 years of experience performing in a variety of recitals, concerts, festivals and masterclasses in the US, UK and Spain. Recently, Ms. Rispin was featured in the 2022 International Day of Latin American and Iberian Art Song Concert.
As a keen linguist, she is often working on a new language. Ms. Rispin has studied Spanish and French at the University of Buckingham, Portuguese and Hebrew at the Oxford Language Centre and Turkish at the University of Exeter. Presently, her vocal repertoire spans 10 languages.
